Acts of incongruence

There is merit in taking a thought to the extreme. This thought: Every act of incongruence, is triggered and caused by past trauma.

To be congruent is to balance self, other, and context.

When I undergo a trauma response I am particularly incapable of doing this. A trauma response is following a script and being unable to veer off the trajectory of that script.

Unable to notice self, other, or context.
