Whatever I do and say while angry decreases the overall health of the system.
I cannot run on anger. It makes me less congruent, less balanced, and less effective.
Now I use anger as a flag to take a pit stop. A temporary break from interacting with others. A moment to find the true source of the anger and to acknowledge that.
Then I get back on the life journey again.
It is when I ignore that flag and carry on that spectacular crashes happen.
