Context switch

I lived a long life before I was ready to admit: That I can not multitask.

What I can do is context switch — faster or slower. On good days when I am well-rested, energised, and excited it comes easier and faster.

On bad days, it feels like putting down a set of weights to pick up others.

Especially on those days: Whether I choose to switch or not has the biggest impact.

Those days interruptions break my brain.
