Latent anxious feelings

There was a time when clutch, gearbox, steering, gas, and eyes on the road were eleven activities too many and too much to take in.

Until quite recently: Food shopping outside of pre-prepared and easy-bake food induced anxiety and deep confusion.

Now driving is an unconscious activity and cooking has become a joyful learning experience.

The one thing I keep on not-learning: Every activity worth doing has anxious feelings of too much, deep confusion attached to it.

Sometimes we integrate it well.
Sometimes it is still there, latently.
Always, we have to remember that others also have these feelings.
