Laughing at yourself

It is healthy and wonderful to laugh at yourself, with yourself.

Sometimes others laugh at you and you join in: This is cause for pause.

A group laughing at one person could be about shaming the other and "correcting" their behaviour.

Then when laughing with others, at yourself: A split is created in you and the shame took on. The correction is accepted.

Laugh at yourself, only in a kind and appreciative way.
