"Let me have my feelings"

A surprisingly effective request: "Let me have my feelings".

In moments feelings get big, murky and hard: The healthy thing to do is to hold those feelings for what they are, without judgement.

This does not come easily and it takes effort.

If someone is sharing the moment and want to start rescuing you, it adds extra effort.

Try this, ask gently and firmly: "Let me have my feelings".
