Micro rescuing

I am a recovering rescuer.

Someone that cannot let people suffer and fail. Not in big ways, and especially not in small ways, in moments.

I perceive someone that is struggling, and I interject with:

"It's ok!"
"Don't worry!"
"It's fine!"

Or I rapidly try and answer all the open questions as I see it.

I force my process into the moment. Another thing to be made sense of.

These small, micro-rescue efforts make me feel better. Eases my embarrassment.

I am learning to trust the moment more. Allowing myself some uncomfort.
Allowing myself some micro-suffering.

Because this moment too, will take care of itself.
