Not disrupting the moment

Sometimes we tread lightly because we feel we will disrupt the moment. Especially if we do not feel we fit in.

It comes with shrinking ourselves to try and better fit in.
It comes with many utterances of "sorry".

I take solace and courage from this: To exist, already disrupts the moment. To say sorry disrupts it too.

The simplest choice is to let your existence become part of this moment, as it is already.
