Not for the health benefits

In a refreshing twist, a tea merchant declares: It is easy to get the maximum health benefits from tea.

Take the leaves, and boil them to death. This will extract every single thing in that leaf.

But you would not want to drink that. It will be bitter, stewy, and flat.

We do not drink tea for its health benefits.
We drink tea, because we enjoy it.

The art of tea is to use a balanced amount of heat, water, and time.
To get to know the tea, to learn how to enjoy it.

Such too, is life.
