We are all born with some permissions: Ways to be, things we can do. Social interactions that are smiled upon and encouraged.

And we are implicitly denied others.

This is what we can do: To officially give ourselves permission. Either verbally or written state this: We permit ourselves to have all our thoughts, desires, hopes and dreams.

It is allowed. It is encouraged. It is smiled upon, by us.
