Salt marks the first time a civilisation has both the means and the will to change the taste of their food.

Salt also marks boundaries, thresholds, and circles.

To make meaning is to draw a boundary.
To say that this, this I want to change. And I can.

When you find in yourself some salt, some saltiness, some need to make meaning by drawing a boundary: Lean into it. Saltiness is what makes things truly great.
