The taco does not change

There is a good way to eat a taco. Good here is defined as: The least amount of mess and the most amount of structural integrity.

You keep the taco as still as possible in space, oriented horizontally.

Then, instead of changing the taco's orientation you turn your head to the side. One eye above the other, staring at the still end of the taco. Then you bite into it.

The taco does not change. You change.
