Use your No to find your Yes

Energy can either pool deeply and stagnate, becoming putrid and stale.
Or it can flow, and find where it wants to go.

Surrounded by a hard ring of no-ing, it will stay where it is.

The "No" will always be present. The opportunity is to use that "No", to find your "Yes".

Instead of the "No" being a damning wall: Instead, let ever "No" become a riverbank. Let the "No" become the gentle shaping of the direction for the flow.

It is when you allow the no-ing to be your knowing when you will find your "Yes", and that river of energy will know where to go.
