Warrant a response

For it to "warrant a response", it justifies that a response must happen. That your response is warranted.

It also implies that a response is guaranteed: Having a warrant out, for your response.

Nothing warrants a response in the moment.

We have choice. We can ward off the justifications and the guarantees.
Sometimes, we can then choose to respond in a next moment.
