What is my outcome?

Life offers contexts — moments that start and end. Some contexts are cleaner than others: Scheduled interactions and meetings.

When I have the luxury I spend a few seconds answering the question: "What is my outcome for this interaction? What do I wish to happen?".

It is a basic question and a basic action to take. When I skip this, those moments sometimes become untethered and deeply frustrating.

Clarity of outcome is my task.
