Labels and boxes

As one who does not like boxes nor labels:

If they have to be in the conversation — I prefer to start with boxes.

First create containers to put stuff in. Once we have enough things in enough boxes the effort of labelling becomes both easier and less important.

A useful set of questions I learned to ask:

What this box is, and is not.
What this box does, and does not.

This describes the why and the what with examples.
And generally people find agreement well enough.
